public party tab dropdown menu

Please add a dropdown menu to the 'public parties tab' so that we can choose from which area the public parties appear from.

My example, I do not want a random town allocated to the public party tab, when I am in hideout.

I want it to be ziggurat refuge, in my hideout. Without having to go all the time to ziggurat refuge or stay there. I want to be in my hideout and have ziggurat (or whatever town) set as my public party tab default.

Since after some time, everyone or many players will be in the endgame playing, why would you allocate like act 1 town to anybody's hideout when it comes to the public parties tab?
The endgame happens in ziggurat refuge, and not in one of the early acts. All the map parties are created in ziggurat refuge (or from hideout, but I am not even sure if anyone in ziggurat sees the map party if you create one in your hideout, I doubt it).
