Players are sabotaging early game runes

The prices on early game runes are ridiculous, someone is sabotaging the experience of early game characters and this needs to be protected against market manipulation. 120 ex for a desert rune is ridiculous and these players should be punished

While true you dont need runes 15-30level at all. You can buy prime gear for 1-3ex that people don't need. Obviously you have reached act4 as well (to use currency exchange), so definitely the runes in question are not usable to you.

Hence, those runes are only usable on some alts but just buy wake of destruction and the devouring diadem as leveling tools.

Heck, you can buy all the gear up to mid-late 80s sub 10ex and have no downtime at all. That's it I leveled a tactician with twister (works amazing) using lvl60 spear up to lvl80, straight out of the campaign went to tier7, 10 and 15.

Flip note - calling for punishment is very childish.

You think you need the runes at low level, but you don't, unless you pay :) it's for alts, if you have a main...you should have gear for alts already.

first - where did you read balance? The argument is about sabotage - which I attempt to refute (successful or otherwise). Again, this is based off the fact that lower level gear is widely available, incl. quality 20 with socketed runes.

At level 15maps (74lvl or so) the toon had over a quarter a million xp/hour (which was super funny)

If you wish to talk about balance - start your own thread and present the arguments.

You only need ress at Jamanra, maybe Viper nad maybe some act4, thats it
Everything else is doable with lireally 0 res

viper is poison and chaos, charms are the best bet - amethyst rings are not easy to come by, either . Realistically viper is the hardest fight within the campaign. It's before one can buy any gear... and she is rather bugged. Jamanra - get flasks with extra charges/reduced charges (they get filled between the phases), fire rez gear is aplenty.

In act4, you can spend 2-3ex and trivialize it entirely.
