Presence area and auras don’t work properly
It seems to me that character auras are not working correctly.
The presence area and auras are calculated along the ground rather than through the air. As a result, if an object stands in the path of an aura, it bends around it, consuming more area, or even stops working in the direction behind the object. For example, arrows fired by an archer travel through objects or gaps (but not walls), whereas an aura can be blocked by a rock or another object. This mostly affects builds that rely on auras and a large presence area, and I don’t think this is how it’s supposed to work. Auras and the presence zone should not bend around obstacles but instead pass through them so that everything works correctly and logically. I’m not talking about walls, but chasms and objects should not block the presence area. Dernier bump le 30 sept. 2025 à 05:09:31

I made my first build where presence is key to damage this week. And my experience is the same. The way the build is set up my temporary minions do next to no damage out of my presence. And it is behaving for me same as you say. Very fickle with terrain and walls. Feels wierd to favour open maps on temporary minion build cuz if they dip around a corner or other side of an obstacle they lose all their damage :/
