PoE 2 Network Spikes EU
PoE 2 is unplayable during around 8pm in EU.. (sometimes the whole day)
I tried alot but it is absolutely not on my end. Network spikes every 2-5 sec. to 300++ MS.. switching Servers, Reinstall game and so on...... nothing helps. It is so frustrating any ideas.. or is it just Fk EU ? Dernier bump le 28 sept. 2025 à 07:35:00

Can confirm, have the same problems in Germany.
The interesting thing: It only occurs on some maps. Sometimes a map is very laggy, I find an Abyss entry, Abyss runs fine. After leaving the Abyss, map also runs fine.. wtf. Porting to town and back => lag starts again. I don't know what's going on but it's annoying. |

Yeah. Every day around 8:00-8:30pm the lags start. Game becomes unplayable until a few hours later.

Same here:
California, US server Been trying to play starting around 9am PST. Maps stutter, Netwrok connection would erratically go into the 1k ms+, frequent disconnect drops. Tried turning all graphics down to minimum, changed Vulkan to Directx 12, no resolution. Tried the Texas Server, same issue. Ran a map with a Delirium influenced waystone, and just an unmodded map, both caused unplayable stuttering and got disconnected. The worse of this issue has been happening today, in the past +/-6hours. |

It's their infrastructure and nothing you can do from your side can fix this.
There's a mega thread with thousands of posts already but GGG is either unwilling or simply unable to solve the problem. This was already the reason why I quit poe1. Whatever I tried, I just had mega lags all the time. In poe2 it's not as bad, but some maps are bricked because of this. The instance that the game creates is either stable, or it isn't. The biggest joke is that currently I am in Indonesia on holiday and I'm connected via hotel wifi. The connection is perfect and stable on the Singapore Node. I'm 100% as soon as I'm back in Germany, my 250k cable connection on the Frankfurt node will have the same issue again |
