No megalomaniac drops in simulacrum

Not sure what I am doing wrong and would appreciate some feedback. I have ran 30 simulacrums on tier 4, and not one megalomaniac Jewel has dropped. I have about 50 rarity on my gear, and I’m using a headhunter. Only noted the headhunter because I seemed to get better loot before I started using it. Anyone else running into the same issue?

Yes ,same here. At least 50 simulacrums and not 1 jewel. Frustrating. At least drop a junky 1.
