More visibility for the Top side of screen

TL;DR
Please move camera higher for 1/2 of player's model height.
And remove/make it optional boss' HP bars, from PoE1 too, pretty please.

Rant
Vertical field of view is very scarse.
It's hard see enemy that is vertically higher than player.
1/3 of top half of a screen takes Player's model, 1/6 of that is covered by boss HP bar and 1/6 with icon of his ailments, if they exist.

And since bosses are often big, then you'll end up seeing only his legs. His upper body, that telegraphs you incoming skill, is hidden behind the top edge of the screen.


That's been a scourge of PoE for years.
Now that we have a big HP bar for bosses it's even worse.
You HAVE to tactically position yourself on the left or right of enemies, just so you can see them. Unfortunately bosses love to stick themselves to top or bottom and fight from there.

Solution?
At least give a bit more love to the top half of a screen by centering screen on player's torso, not on his feet.
And this HP bar for bosses, seriously. Been playing PoE1 for years without it, could even see my buffs. Not that buffs weren't obscuring visibility tho... still was better than now.

Yup, I asked for similar thing... a toggle option to hide the GUI.
By the way, a word about visual clarity.
I have a very remote understanding of what I am fighting here:


And that's even without loot covering the view.
More UI options in general would be nice. Toggle, resize and repositioning and a default setup that we can go back to. Also pls allow me to turn off the targeting red borders on enemies. It kills all immersion. One step furthdr would be to let us toggle buff and skill visuals and sounds. If all this could be implemented it would truly feel like a next gen game.
I think keeping enemies on-screen is kind of a skill and resolution thing.

Even if say they border it "better" for where you usually position in fights, what happens when that is reversed? It would need some behaviour that sort of tracked the enemy you are fighting and gave you more of a view on it.

This is quite rarely a problem for me, I cannot think of a fight where it is really ever better to stand specifically south of an enemy and keep them at range.

By "red border" you mean their lifebar, right? You can turn that off.
