Engine Multithreading / frozen pc

Hello ..first season was good and havent problem ..second and third season , freeze game in mapping and must wait (better ctrl+alt+ delete and shutdown game ) ..every 3-6 maps .. Engine multithreading was allowed and game freeze , when i turn off this options performace , i havent problem but game dont using more core .. can u look on this GGG?i saw on websides that iam only one player what have problem with it
