Weaponset Feedback

I'm not sure if this was done by design or not, but I have 4 weaponset passives to allocate, so I refund my passives. As a witch starter, I was hoping to allocate passives up 'Spell and Minion Damage' to 'Raw Destruction', then the first 'Spell and Minion Damage'.

I then wanted to allocate weaponset 1 passives to 'Minion Damage' and 'Power of the dead' while weaponset 2 passives have 'Chaos Damage' and 'Entropy'

Then it meets back up at 'Spell and Minion Damage' above those nodes which I would allocate back to main.

However, it only allows me to either assign weaponset 1 or 2 but never back to main (Both weapon set).

Was hoping it was just something that was missed, but thought I'd provide feedback and ask.
