Can't set skill options anymore in this season

I can no longer choose which weapon set to set a skill to. The " set skill options" button is gone on every skill even tho I have two weapon sets equipped and my spells work with both weapons. I have to manually switch weapons to use the second weapon set and it is terrible. I had no trouble last season.

It´s now done on the skill buttons in "bind screen"
