Allow us to mouseover mobs when dead

iirc when we died in PoE1 we could hover over the mobs and see their mods. This should be easy to implement if death recap isn't on the horizon.

I'm currently dead with a mob running over me that has a giant green aura around it and I have absolutely no idea how it killed me when I'm otherwise practically immortal

Id like this too. Or even a way to pause without having the ESC menu open to look at mob buffs while still being alive :P
