[Suggestion] Empowering Bosses w/ Innate Health Regen & Prevent Monster Heal

In next Content Update 0.4.0, GGG should add more challenge to bosses as they're an integral part of the game, but unfortunately, they feel like pushovers. To buff bosses, instead of increasing boss health by X%, a more novel approach would be to give all bosses a form of Innate Health Regen.

This Innate Health Regen of Bosses would be modest and manageable.

To give players a tool to counter this Innate Health Regen of Bosses, a new affix would be added to the game: Prevent Monster Heal. This affix could spawn on melee/ranged weapons, rings, and belts and would shut down this Innate Health Regen by a successful melee or projectile attack.
