Breach not end

Hello, I have a strange problem. Breach won't end. After launching the breach, it runs normally, with mobs, etc., but it doesn't return, thus not giving any drops. It stops and the wave remains stationary. I've reset the console and points, but nothing changes

did you use the unique breach tablet? with that the breach won't end till you clear all the breach mobs.
