Loading time frames/Overall quality

Sorry i know you got fed up with this requests.

Please add a button to remove all effects on other players or just to remove them from beeing seen.

Pro's: better quality of the game; more fps; lowered time frames for loading screen.

Con's: Affects end user by adding more loading screen time; affects WASD movement in town; no clear understanding when players are in town attempting to make only golden path quest because of the impossible FPS and MS;

P.S. Adding this option its hard, we all know but it makes the game more playable and enjoyable.

P.S.2. My computer specifications: I7 5930k with radeon 580 XFX, 16 gb ram ddr 4, game installed on NVME, windows 10, machinist x99 pr9 motherboard. By this i want to add that players have been using I7 4770 and an older video card with more framerates. This neing said if this is solved soon you'll get another player that will invest more in the game when the issue is solved.
