Make Overkill available through other means

While Essence Drain and Contagion might have gotten all the attention this league, the bone skills are actually in a much better (balanced) place. You feel extremely powerful while at the same time not a guaranteed win against every boss and you can't clear maps without paying attention. A lot of choices feel impactful and it fulfills that power fantasy without breaking the game.

The only issue is that Bone Cage does not hold up in the endgame without the use of the Trampletoe Trimmed Greaves https://poe2db.tw/us/Trampletoe. Without its Deal 30% of Overkill damage to enemies within 2 metres of the enemy killed the whole build falls apart. Their static 15% movement speed increase is fine during the campaign, but in the endgame, most notably on maps with chilled ground and / or temporal chains, they make the game downright unplayable.

With all the chatter around badly balanced skills, I think it is good to point out that the bone skills are actually really well balanced and deliver a continuous feeling of growth throughout the whole game. If there was some sort of way to use Overkill without a movement speed penalty I would confidently state that a Physical damage focused Witch is one of the best balanced paths in the game right now.
