Abyssal Lich Steward of Kulemak not working with Blackflame Covenant

When you have both Blackflame Covenant and Steward of Kulemak together when you cast a fire spell like fireball the apparition who casts it does not get blackflame covenant's effects and will cast a regular fireball.

Easy way to replicate/test:
- grab a fire skill
- spec into both blackflame covenant and steward of kulemak
- cast the fire spell with power charge apparition appears

The obvious solution would be to make the Abyssal Apparition work with Blackflame Covenant.

However, I believe an interesting solution to this inconsistency would be if the Abyssal Apparition gave a pseudo +1 limit to your spells because it would technically be casting the spell instead of you (i.e. the Abyssal Apparition would have an independent spell limit).

Also, the negative effect from Event Horizon activates from the Apparition's cast causing the player to lose life. To keep it consistent with the above, this shouldn't affect the player as the Apparition would be the one casting the spell.

EDIT: I just realized that that's not how Event Horizon works and it's interacting incorrectly in a weirder way. When the Abyssal Apparition casts Firestorm, I lose life and ES despite it not being a chaos skill
