guild stash

Allow the guild leader to specifically assign members to certain guild stash tabs.

Not generalized 'all initiates' or 'officers' or 'all members' for all tabs.
But rather, let's say 'member 1' has this stash tab we call 'stash tab 1'.

So it can take out and put in stuff and nobody else could pick it (except guild leader, or if the guild leader permits officers to do so, they could too).

And the general assignment options for guild members can remain of course. For those who prefer that, and/or for certain stash tabs that are meant to be for every member or initiate/officer.
