Omen of amelioration bugged

It does not proc on every death and bunch of xp loss is pretty frustrating. This can't be intentional right?

it only works the first time in a map if you're stacking them. read the tooltip

What do you mean first time ? I died, map was over and there was no proc.

you have to right click the omen to activate
join a map, then die - omen gets used

if you rejoin and have another active exp omen, it doesn't work but gets used regardless (only works once per map even if its getting used)

yes it sucks, but it is what it is

It was activated all along. Nothing so complicated. It just did not work.
