Delirium lag spikes (Enable option to turn off in options)

With the performance issues with the game especially with Nvidia cards which has resulted me to switch to Vulkan.

Can we have the option to turn off Delirium fog?
I have seen fps drop to 30-40 FPS.

I have streamer complain about their FPS drop too and i'm surprised this hasnt been implemented as an option.
