Alt Behavior console

Noticed a lot of skills on console that auto target but u don't use like that, for instance leap slam, tempest flurry etc. Don't have the option to toggle alternate behavior like u can in poe1. Would really like to see this and not sure why it wasn't added in Poe2 in the first place.
