Cataclysm's wake

The Quest Cataclysm's wake is severely bugged. After the first completion of a Nexus I did not get anything. After finding and clearing the second one, I got the quest for a "complete a Tier 3+ Corrupted Nexus" now, after completing it with a Tier 3 waystone, nothing happened again. No progress, nothing.

Same issue in 0.4.

The first quest to complete a Nexus doesnt progress.

Same issue - stuck on tier 3+ even though I completed a tier 14 corrupted nexus boss (without dying).

Is there a known work around?
