No option to cut Premeditation Gem on Ranger

I have a 21 Ranger and I am trying to cut a Premeditation suppot gem for Barrage. When I go to all gems and search it is no where to be found. Checked on other characters too. As far as I know there are no restrictions on this gem any ideads why it does not show up for me?

Premeditation support is no longer in the game (as of 0.3.0). I couldn't find that information in the patch notes, but the wiki says so and poe2db also no longer lists it.
