Plunder Point needs a warning
When I did Plunder Point, I assumed it would be like other trials where you can test the mechanics safely. I went in casual, fought a few mobs, died and only then realized it was a one-shot area with no retry. That felt awful, especially after gathering the quest items just to unlock it.
The mechanic itself is fine, but the lack of warning sets the wrong expectation. A simple line of dialogue for Dannig like "Once these charges go off, this place will offer no second chance. Tread carefully" would solve this. Plunder Point is one of the first times players see this kind of "fail once = gone forever" content. Giving a heads-up here would prevent unnecessary frustration and let players engage with the risk properly. Dernier bump le 3 oct. 2025 à 12:17:33

I agree, they relied a bit too much on the belief that most players have already done Expedition logbooks...

I agree, got a bit frustrated as well.

Agreed. This feels like a slap in the face when it comes unexpected. What the hell?

" but with expedition logbooks you have unlimited attempts, actually! |

" Huh, TIL. I never died in a logbook, but I naturally assumed that this would be a one-shot thing. |

I'm squarely pissed off at this bullshit. Nothing explained, and I've lost out, WTF?
