Shader lag spikes

Since the last patch i get Shader Lag spikes whenever i enter a map, town or anything other than my hideout. My Hideout seem's to work just fine. So far i test the following:

shader cache cleared
nvidia shader cache set to 100gb
lowered all settings to lowest possible
switch from vulkan to dx12
tried DLSS on and off (currently off)
graphic card driver updatet to new version
i get no fps lag but i capped fps to 90
Power set to high performance
desktop app fix set to high performance
sound setting channel/reverb set to low
reinstalled the game completly
changing servers
clearing chat/joining empty channels

i got this list from googling what others have done but nothing seems to work so far.

Did you ever find a fix or hear that GGG is doing something on their end? Still having the issue, mostly on Endgame high density/delirium maps. I've also tried all the supposed fixes to no improvement.

4070 Super i7-14700k
32GB DDDR5

No issues on any other games/applications
all options, aside using dx12 instead of vulkan, don't feel any useful. I'd recommend vulkan anyways.

Other than that - windows defender real-time scan could be a major issue. You can disable the real-time scan and try it out. Windows will auto-enable it at some point, even if you don't.
It's unlikely GGG to be able to fix shader compilation provided the end user has a decent CPU, short of precompiling everything.

One more - try running optimize (SSD trim) on your drive (likely C), and check if it has major hiccups.
