Abyssal Lich ascendancy boss fight bugged

Couple of things: Second wave, no health bar. After beating him, can't choose another lich to "steal a Lich's Power" - only option is to take the finger.

Also bugged for me. fights 3 and 4 had no health bar. killed the final boss and no option to ascend. RIP
