All Characters in Rise of Abyssal Show 0 Energy Shield

I have a persistent issue where all characters in Rise of the Abyssal show 0 energy shield. Have tried all ways of troubleshooting but issue persists. Please let me know if anyone else has this issue and how to fix. This is not a item/skill or skill tree issue; this is a bug.
