Prism of belief + Solar Orb skills are not working

This is simple.
Solar Orb was transfered to weapon skill from gem skill and now prism of belief with solar orb level isn't working at all which makes this jewel absolutely useless.
Please allow scaling of levels with weapon skill so we can continue using Prism.

The jewel does literally nothing for the skill. Tested extensively, and neither the tooltip or the actual damage changes whatsoever.

I just bought the damn prism to find out about this, it is not working at all with the skill from the staff
