POE2 Geforce Now + PS5 + PC problem

Hello. I have POE2 both on PS5 and now on PC, but when i try to log in into my regular character that i created on the PS5 when im on the PC with Geforce Now it says that it cannot load any instances. I can make new characters just fine but i want to play on the same character on both devices, how do i fix that error?
