Boss Skill Book Not Dropping

Hi GGG,

I’ve encountered an issue where the boss skill book did not drop after defeating an Area Level 82 boss. I’m not sure if this is related to defeating the Arbiter first, but it seems like some books may have gone missing.

Here’s the sequence of what I obtained so far:

Book I & II: Dropped from Area Level 80 boss

Book V: Dropped from the first Arbiter

Book III & IV: Did not drop after defeating Area Level 81 and 82 bosses

I'm facing the same issue right now and have no clue how to get around it either. This god awful atlas system is just constantly bugged in some way.

Book 3 drops from a citadel boss with 6 waystone mods

Book 4 drops from an anomaly boss with 6 waystone mods
