Frozen Mandibles Not showing up

I went to the Ashen Forest and Killed the Frozen Mandible mini boss and it didnt give me a option to pick it up. Ive tried to reset and try again many times and it just wont give me a option to pick up and use as a spectre.

This is not an issue, Frozen Mandibles were removed to be used as Spectre.
