Omen of abyssal echos does not activate Ps5 Base

The omen does not activate, when i try to use it, i reveal the modifiers and the option to change the list does not appear. Nothing happens, no option on the screen, even when closing the menu and opening it again, nothing happens.

Same here on xbox.
