Blooming Field Map Bug (rare monster in place of boss)

On the Blooming Field Map, there is a boss area with a bell. The boss uses the bell to break the gate. However, it's possible to access the map without the boss being there, which causes a bug where you get stuck in the area because the boss didn't break the bell!
