Minion Chaos Resistance is too low!
In player gear, it is normal for Chaos Resistance to be lower than an equivalent Elemental Resistance. For example, Cold Resistance on body armours can roll from 6% to 45%, while Chaos Resistance can roll from 4% to 27%, basically chaos resistance is around 60% of a single element value.
This actually is a result from the fact that players get up to -60% resistances in endgame, countered a bit by the permanent resistances we get from campaign. So we basically need around 115~125% (depending on your choices) elemental resistances while only needing 75% chaos resistance to cap. Thus, this is why chaos resistance mods are lower than elemental resistances MINIONS, on the other hand, have all their resistances equal to 0% even in endgame. This means that, for minion nodes in the tree, there is literally NO REASON for the chaos resistance granted to be lower than the respective elemental resistance. For example, a single 'minion fire resistance' small node is 20%, and all minion elemental resistances small nodes grant +8% to all resistances, while chaos resistance small nodes grant only 7%. Notables are also heavily impacted, [vile mending] and [entropic incarnation] notables granting only 13% and [right hand of the darkness] notable granting 23%. Even if we pick ALL THESE 3 NOTABLES we still only reach 63% chaos resistance for minions, while we can reach 78~83% all minion elemental resistances MUCH easier, with less points spent just for resistances Getting chaos resistance for minions is a very hard task, given the nodes and notables grant such a low value of this mod. I trully believe sources of chaos resistance for minions should be improved. 1st option: I think the first option is basically ramping up current minion chaos resistance values in the passive tree by around ~50%, in order to match elemental resistances' ones. This is because minions do NOT have the -60% elemental resistances' penalty so there is no reason for chaos resistance to be lower for them. The 7% small nodes should be 10%, the 13% notables should be 20%, and the [right hand of the darkness] notable should be increased from 23% to ~35% 2nd option: an alternative approach would be to grant chaos resistance to minions as you level them, just like totems gain up to +35% chaos resistance as they level, capping at lv20.
