Interlude - Roving Wisp bug

In the Kriar village there are no wisps to follow, can't complete the ? quest, I guess it gives a character bonus so it is kinda important.

It is also bugged for me. I keep making a new instance of the map, full clear and find zero wisps.

Yeah, still the case :)

the 3 wisps appear during the boss fight at the end of the area.
You should not kill her too fast. Keep her low life, then wait for the wisps to appear and take them and wait for them to affect her.

However, I killed her with, I think, the 3 wisps affecting her but the quest was not validated.

3 wisps spawns at the boss arena when her HP goes below 25%. I got all 3 to go inside the boss, killed her and still the quest did not count (not the first time I killed her tho).

same issue, after she got 3 and killed, still not completed the quest on map...

Still bugged in the new patch as well.
