How to GREATLY improve runes and gear progression during the campaign

So here are the main issues with runes during the campaign:

1. The fact that they are too random, making it hard to solve a specific problem in your build.

2. They make it less likely for us to switch gear when we find an upgrade, because a single equipped rune could solve our resistance or attributes


My solution: Make all the basic runes drop as more general runes, allowing us to choose a specific stat from them. For example, instead of dropping a fire res rune, just drop an elemental res rune, like you already do for a campaign quest.

This would be a great solution in my opinion, as runes are intended to solve early game problems, and it would keep the excitement of the drops while also better achieving the role of a crafting bench.
