Ice Shards with Delayed Reaction

When putting the delayed reaction support gem on ice shards, ice shards no longer does damage when shot directly at the enemies feet or when shot infront of the enemy for them to walk through.

Don't know if this was intended or if I am using it wrong.

Bro I just tried it because I was planning this build, it doesn't work, the shards on the ground never get activated, I think it's because ice shards created by this skill doesn't have a maximum duration so it nevers trigger. That being said the support gem says that it can be activated right away but it doesn't work either so I dont know.

So does GGG acknowledge these reports ever or are we just stuck guessing if it's valid and is going to be fixed at some point?
