Living lightning question

Any data out there that indicates whether or not living lightning benefits from other supports next to it? Interesting new support.

Adding an observation, when using Skeleton Arsonists the lightning balls would then have a flame bubble around them. Not sure what was happening there but it looked cool. Will see if fire spells do that too.
