Kulemak Encounter not Farmable

Expected result: Entering the Kulemak area with a second Kulemak's invitation will allow me to do the encounter again.

Actual result: Entering the Kulemak area the second time brings me back to my already completed instance with no observable way to reset the encounter.

I've tried entering the encounter from a new instance of the Well, and placing the invitation in my stash and taking it out at the Well.

I'm dealing with the same problem.
