Screen freezes on Ravenous Swarm gem

Every time theres an " Ravenous Swarm " spirit gem spawn there was a chance your screen freeze 1-4 seconds at a time, certain points have been unplayable, the manor before the act 1 boss has been very hard to get through with huge lag spikes every 10-20 seconds.

I turned the gem off and no lag spikes. Also if its any help with this bug report i was using " Escalating Poison " and " Magnified Area " support gems on it.

I am almost certain its all types of swarm monster types in the game and not just the gem, This screen freezing also happens in the first zone of act 3 with swarm monsters spawning in the Sandswept Marsh

ya I noticed it got really bad after I equipped this


since we are on console there is little chance anything will be done about the performance though. Maybe in 3 or 4 years if we are lucky

Yes, I noticed screen tearing and sound crackling when that skill was being used.

Restarting the game did nothing.

Its not just this skill gem causing the issue, It happens quite a lot during campaign act 3 and 4 when certain monster types are spawning near you OR when certain spell effects are on the screen.

This is a very important bug to fix imo, its basically game breaking on PS5. Really cant imagine maps if campaign is already like this
