Team build

I wish to make a build that provides team buffs. Just some suggestions would be nice.

One thing I could do would be banners with a tactician. If I grant my allies chance to ignite on all hits, and my team has 3 players in it, can a monster have 3 ignites on it this way?

What other team buff items are there out there?
