Hinekora's Lock clarifications please....

Hinekora's Lock, which can be used to foresee the result of the next Currency item used on it.

Does it mean also applies for chaos orb currency?? Becouse if it so, then its awsome implementation knowing if would have positive effects before corruption.

Yes.
I believe it's for the next currency (doesnt matter which one)
Yeah, but u probably won't ever see one unless u play alot. It's extremely rare in PoE1 at least.
if it cost in the end 1 kalandra then it is a disappointment.

What exactly do you mean? I need to use Hinekora then one exalted and then see the next exalted what it would be???

Obviously I don't know if the drop rates and prices are compareable, but in PoE a Hinekora lock is ~1/6th of a mirror. So it's far from a mirror, still the 2nd expensive currency.

So another copy paste from PoE1....Should i ask you guys what else we expecting to come from PoE1??? Becouse i started from Poe2 and i dont want to be curious 10 years...
Hard to say, but Jonathan said in an Interview that they plan to convert alot of PoEs league mechanics over to PoE2, just like they did with Abyss.

That doesn't mean that they work exactly the same. Abyss works different than in PoE and the new "crafting" is also taken from a different PoE league mechanic called Betrayal.
So PoE players do have a slight advantage in that it isn't completely new stuff, but still different enough that u shouldn't feel fomo for not knowing.

I don't think u're at a big disadvantage, but Hinekora's lock is basically a 1:1 copy from PoE in this case.

You use a Lock on an item.

Then, each crafting currency you hover over it will show you what outcome it would have just by hovering over it. Every Exalt (of the same tier I assume) will have the same outcome.

I'd you don't like the outcome of your desired currency, or any currencies you check (usually check multiple currencies when you can go maximize value because locks are 100x-200x Divines in PoE1), you can use a harmless currency to consume the Locks foresight.

Then to check what a new exalt would do, you apply a new Lock to the item, and start the process over.

So to hit a single line you want depends on how rate the line is, but can sometimes take 60+ Locks to keep checking outcomes until you find the one you want.
