Helena's identify items is bugged

What occured was I have a unidentified corrupted 6 socket rare abyssal axe in my inventory, it failed to get the id from it or something, i attempted to id it multiple times and somehow it was using complete piles of wisdom scrolls (40 stack from inventory) and once those were gone, it used my entire stacks from stash per attempt, now im not upset or anything but it did take away roughly 5,000-10,000 wisdom scrolls from my stash, which is all i had.

Same issue. Had 8 un-identified breach rings in inventory tried to id and it failed to id and ate all 360 wisdom scrolls I had in the stash tab.
