Instance Crash On Log Out - Arbiter T0

I logged out during the middle of a T0 Arbiter of Ash fight, it was during the 2nd phase. When I logged back into the game, I was in my hideout, and I was unable to rejoin the instance of The Burning Monolith.

When I clicked the portal to rejoin the area, I got the error message: "Failed to join instance because: You cannot rejoin this area after dying." But on T0 Arbiter, or any pinnacle boss, we're supposed to have infinite retries, is my understanding. This was done on SC DoTH.
