Map zoom bug!

After I set the map to be centered, every time I zoom in, the map keeps panning infinitely to the right and won't zoom out. All I can say for sure is that I'm not holding any of the buttons down all the time, and I don't have a button hogging problem, it just very suddenly keeps panning indefinitely, I reinstalled but it didn't work, and I deleted the config file but it didn't work either. Is this a bug or what is causing this?

Does anyone have the same problem, please help me, thanks!
