+5 requirement display on a support gem doesn't make sense (to me)
![]() Firstly, yes that worked for the old system, so that's the first argument to think this is a leftover. Secondly, + indicates an addition, so the player goes looking for a number. Only the number is nowhere to be found. The only indicator is Support Gem Capacity, which is obviously not going to be assumed linked to attributes within the first hour of playing. Anyone who doesn't know the answer is gonna assume these are 2 different requirements initially, because that's what the game's telling you. Solution: Support gems specify that they require a capacity slot. The capacity slot explains that it scales with attributes. Not this nonsense. Side note: Before you instead go and argue that this is finished, why is the number repeated in parenthesis? The number in parenthesis shows the free attributes (each slot requires 5 of the associated attribute). So (5) means you can socket 1 (here blue) support gem, (10) for 2, (15) for 3 etc.
But I agree with you that it would be better to show the free capacity slots (in an own row). First when I've read e.g. "Support Requirements: +5 Int (20)" I also thought that I need 20 more intelligence or that I've only 20 intelligence. Dernière édition par Th69#3281, le 13 août 2025 à 03:24:58
