Elementalist Blade Vortex

Hello,

I created an elementalist blade vortex character. I'm really struggling with survivability and my damage sucks against T16 map bosses. If I don't freeze any mobs if feels like I can get one-shot very easily. I'm used to building life/armour slam builds. For context, I am following Chronic's guide: https://pobb.in/IwZ0z4TaOikH

*I want to be really tanky if that's possible

I've got about 10 divines to spare at the moment, but it doesn't take me long to get currency on my main. I enjoy running delirium

bv is squish without spend hundreds div. you need Svalinn Girded Tower Shield + The Red Nightmare Crimson Jewel to be tanky. thats 120+div there, I can do t16, but its squish.
