Welcome to my first build guide, I have been playing Arc ever since Enki's Legendary build got posted, I have been updating my Arc Non-Crit version every league and I thought I would share it as I have seen others saying they miss Enki's Arc Witch, so hopefully this build is something different and new, This build shines in mapping, league starts, offering smooth gameplay, satisfying visuals, and flexibility.

⚠️ This guide is aimed at beginners to intermediates, but with enough scaling to handle endgame content.

Class: Witch
Ascendancy: Elementalist

⚡ Why Elementalist?

- Shaper of Storms = Guaranteed shock, even on bosses.

- Heart of Destruction = Big AoE boost for clearing.

- Mastermind of Discord = Extra damage from Exposure

- Liege of the Primordial = Golem buffs, adds survivability.

🧪 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

- High clear speed

- Beginner friendly

- Easy to gear

- Can run most map mods

❌ Cons

- Not ideal for pinnacle bosses without investment

- Squishy without proper defenses

- Mana management early on

Main Skill:

- Arc + Spell Echo + Lightning Pen + Empower + Added Lightning Damage + Arcane Surge

Movement:

- Flame Dash

- Optional: Lightning Warp for fun or flavor

Auras:

- Wrath (Damage)

- Clarity (Mana sustain)

- Determination (High armour)

Utility:

- 3 Golems - Lightning Golem, Stone Golem and Flame Golem

- Vaal Arc (burst & fun!)

Weapon: The Dark Seer
Shield: +1 to Lightning Spells, High Chance to Block, Lightning as Extra Chaos, Double Damage
Helmet/Body/Gloves/Boots: Life, Resistances, ES and Armour
Amulet: Voices of the Storm
Rings: Call of the Void, Mark of the Shaper
Belt: Stygian Vise (if available) or Heavy Belt for life
Flasks:

- Life Flask

- Mana Flask (early)
