Game Crash On Start Up (POE2)

I just bought this game yesterday and i cannot load into the game. it just loads up a black screen and then brings me back to the steam application on my PC. anyone else have this issue? I've checked everything on my PC and even had friends remotely access my PC to help and they cannot find a issue either.

Looks like your game is utilizing the CPU's built in graphics and not the dedicated GPU. Are you sure the cable is plugged into the correct graphics port on the PC?

i don't know how to mess with anything on my PC. i don't touch the internal things on my PC cause i've bricked it once already
