[3.26] Self-cast Ice Nova Witch - Cold, ES/Life, Crit, Power charges
Hi exile! I have been playing this build for weeks and I have decided to share it because its not a common build and its actually quite good.

The main source of damage is 11 Power Charges and a lot of Crit Multi. With budget version you can get 8-9k ES. And in this league (Mercenaries), its even stronger due to a bunch of buffs you can get from the mercenary companion. This build is reaching 16M DPS according to poe.ninja. In PoB its around 16M and 20M with the mercenary. Pros: - good clear - decent bossing - can do most of the content - 2 buttons (Ice Nova + dash) - immune to freeze Cons - 8k ES but still not tanky enought agains phys and chaos dmg - not the easiest league starter - 5 buttons for bosses - Can't run ele reflect maps - Can't run no regen maps 3.26 changes Ralakesh's Impatience no longer grants all charges, you have to select between power/frenzy/endurance charges. This build will not be maintained past 3.26 Power/Frenzy/Endurance charges

Power Charges Always on full power charges due to Ralakesh's Impatience. +2 from shield +1 from belt +1 from helmet +1 from Ascendency +3 from tree Total 11 charges Frenzy Charges Inner Conviction gives: "Gain Power Charges instead of Frenzy charges". https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Inner_Conviction Inner Conviction is a big source of damage. Technically you can drop it and use Badge of the Brotherhood amulet to have maximum of 11 Frenzy Charges but generating Frenzy Charges is difficult, especially in boss rooms where there are no monsters you can kill. I have decided to go with +3 minimum Frenzy Charges (+1 from both rings and +1 from amulet), so I don't need to care about them anymore. Endurance Charges +1 from tree (4 charges in total) Endurance charges provide good defensives. If you use Disciple of the Unyielding anointment, you will have max Endurance Charges while mapping. For bosses I'm using Enduring Cry gem. Its an additonal button and I have to click it after the boss starts the fight, but its worth it. It prevents the big one-shots. Shaper slam is not deadly anymore. Gear

Ralakesh's Impatience boots - We always have full power charges. Corrupted Blood as an extra. Aim for high Movement Speed. Tulfall wand - Crazy damage scaling with power charges. Since we have always have full charges from Ralakesh's Imaptience, we don't need to care about losing charges. Elemental penetration corrupt for more damage. Malachai's Loop shield - Extra power charges. This is a very cheap item so +2 for aura gems is basically free. Graven's secret belt - Extra power charge. Absorption charges are also a nice addition for more defensives. Why not Mageblood? Well, Mageblood is good for more movement speed, but one less power charge is almost 3M less DPS. Extra cast speed corrupt for more DPS. Rare helmet with +1 Power Charges. High ES + resistances. Its better to have +1 Power Charges in the implicit rather than in the Prefix. With that one extra prefix you can gain even more ES from the helmet. Rare amulet with +2 to gems. You don't loose to much damage if the amulet is just +1, but Crit Multi is mandatory. Rare body armour - A lot of ES is coming from here. Besides of that, some resistances or/and stats. Rare rings - Resistances and stats. You can aim for Cast Speed and Crit Multi if you don't need resists or stats. Flasks Life flask - IDK, I have it since league start. I like extra flask charges on crit because of 100% crit. But this flask is only to heal from Chaos Damage. Onslaught is extra damage. Quicksilver - movement speed. Amethyst flask for more Chaos Resistance. Bottled Faith for more damage. Jewels Heart of Destruction - More AOE + Damage on unique enemies. Large cluser jewels. Specifically this mods to get the most of the damage (10% cold pen from Blanketed Snow is a big one) Militant Faith (Dominus) for the Inner Conviction in the tree. Rare jewels with 3x crit mutli + cast speed are ideal, but hard to get. Watcher's Eye for more damage. League starter gear

I have no PoB for starter but here are few tips: - Don't care too much about Energy Shield! If you have 3k Life, you are good to go. You will die more often so Cast on death support + Portal gem setup will help with the annoying part. - Get all of the Power Charges from gear and tree. Its the main source of damage. - Ralakesh's Impatience is a mandatory item. I'd call it a "build enabler". It usually costs around 2-6 divines. If you can't afford it, at least make sure you are generating Power Charges in a different way. And remember that Tulfall wand will make you lose them, so for the time beeing you may consider using Taryn's Shiver staff. - Heatshiver as early cheap helmet. - Inner Conviction (tree) point from the Militant Faith Timeless Jewel (Dominus) gives a big damage boost. Soul of the Brine King Stuns are very annoying. This is a must-have. Soul of Garukhan Sometimes is swap it for Soul of Yugul to run ele reflect maps, but I also need to have more reflect prevention in the gear. So only if I have to. Gems

Ice Nova + Spell Echo Support + Increased Critical Strikes Support + Intensify Support + Power Charge on Critical Support + Inspiration Support Intensify support is good for bosses and still good for clear. If you don't run bosses, you may consider Awakened Increased Area of Effect Support but for me the gain of AOE (or more like not losing AOE from Intensify) is not that beneficial. Frostblink + Bonechill Support + Archane Surge Support
Frostblink is the traveling skill in this build. There are 3 Pros for this skill: - You can use it when you are casting Ice Nova - the character will not need to finish the action! - It scales with cold damage (its enought to kill white mobs) - When you kill/hit enemies with this skill, the cooldown time will be smaller! Use it smart! Summon Lightning Golem - Single gem for more mana regen. Cast it on bosses if your mana regen is too low. Wand (3 link)

Frost shield is adding extra crit chance and more defensives. You can cast it before boss fight as it stays on the ground. Shield (3 gems)

Zealotry - more crit multi Forstbite - curse I have 2+ aura gems and +2 curse gems on my shield. So all of the gems are +2. Gloves (3 link + 1)

Arrogance Support + Precision + Clarity
Important!!!!! You don't need this 3 gems. In my case Clarity is always disabled because my mercenary is giving me Clarity aura. I can cast it myself but it costs life, so it may be necessary in any league other than Mercenaries. Precision is just + 20 crit chance for 22 life on level 1. Its not worth it to level it up.
