[Balance] Nerf Forgotten Witch In GrelWood

forgotten witch is insanely strong to a lv1-3 character
1. her attack frequency is high.
2. she has frozen zone, frozen breath, fire zone, lighting zone
3. she can blink to dodge player damage
4. she can call wolf to help
5. she has energy shield that can regenerate.
6. she can have armour buff.


I already played POE2 500 hours, I (play warrior) would be killed by her 10+ times if with no luck.

She's really not that bad at all. If you have killed Devourer in Mud Burrow before getting there for the support gem, and purchased or gambled a weapon from a vendor, you can basically one shot her. If she has really bad mods, you can use the checkpoint to reset her.

That zone is also level 4, so ideally you should've killed the boss in Clearfell, cleared out the Mud Burrow towards Devourer and killed him, gone back to town for the reward. In Grelwood you will be level 4 with a support gem and access to higher req gear that way.

If you are skipping all that to go fast and you're not on a twink run, then expect to be weak.

What class are you playing?
Requires some dodgin yeah but can easily be killed with basic skills.
grab 10% cold resistance from Beira first, she also is just a side/secondary miniboss not required for progression. Get some power and return later.

I do all that (except for buying a weapon in a league start scenario - you really low on gold at that point) and she's still harder than many actual bosses.
