Cataclysm's Wake Quest -Bug 937,000,170

I completed a Tier 3+ Corrupted Nexus as the quest directs. The map reported completed and all the Bio's in the area now show "Cleansed" I didn't receive credit for the quest completion. Since it completed I have no corrupted nexus and now have transition to a new area on the map to try and find another corrupted nexus.
